At Wholesale Outerwear, we provide fast, reliable, and fully transparent shipping for all customers across the United States. As a USA-based supplier, we ship exclusively within the United States and ensure that every wholesale order is processed quickly and delivered safely. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, costs, and essential customer information.
We operate from Brooklyn, New York, and all shipments include free ground delivery with no minimum order requirements. Our objective is to ensure wholesalers, retailers, schools, non-profits, and organizations receive their bulk case packs on time and without complications.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders received before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day. Standard handling time is 1–2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time
All orders are shipped through trusted ground carriers to ensure reliable and cost-efficient delivery. Every order includes free ground shipping, and tracking information is provided once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Coverage (USA Only)
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to Canada, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or any international locations. A physical delivery address may be required depending on the carrier.

Some orders may undergo a brief verification step to ensure accuracy and prevent shipping errors. If additional details are needed, our team will contact you promptly.

Taxes, Duties & Additional Fees
Wholesale Outerwear charges sales tax where required by U.S. state law. Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax regulations. Tax-exempt customers, such as resellers or qualified organizations, must provide valid exemption documentation before placing an order.
Since we ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping, no customs duties or import fees apply.

Delivery Issues, Delays & Exceptions

Packaging & Bulk Case Packs
All products are shipped in bulk case packs, typically containing 12 jackets per case. Orders may arrive in multiple cartons depending on quantity and style selection.

Address Changes & Order Modifications
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address. Customers should verify all shipping information before placing the order.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak seasons—especially November through January—processing and transit times may be slightly extended. We recommend placing orders earlier during these periods to avoid delays.
